1. Order Processing Time
After customers complete order confirmation, our official team will finish internal review, sorting and packing work within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and statutory holidays. During large-scale promotions and order peak periods, the surge in order volume may lead to extended processing cycles. We will actively send email reminders to customers once obvious shipping delays occur.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
The shipping cost corresponding to each order will be automatically calculated and intuitively displayed on the checkout page before payment, ensuring transparent and open logistics charging standards.

All quoted delivery periods are estimated values, not absolute guaranteed time limits. Actual delivery progress may be affected by logistics carrier backlog delays, customs clearance audit cycles, severe weather, regional logistics capacity constraints and holiday arrangements.
3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

4. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

YUEN PING TSANG will not bear any liability for misdelivery, delivery failure or parcel return losses caused by wrong or incomplete address information provided by customers. If the package is returned due to address problems, the customer shall bear the additional reshipping fees.

If your package is lost during cross-border transportation, please contact our customer support team within 7 days after the expected delivery date to initiate a logistics investigation.
Damaged Items:
If your received bag products have structural damage, surface scratches or broken packaging, please get in touch with our service team within 48 hours after delivery. You need to provide clear photos of damaged products and original packaging as verification evidence.

YUEN PING TSANG shall not be responsible for product damage, deformation or aging problems caused by improper cleaning, irregular maintenance, private modification or human misuse.
7. International Shipping and Customs Notice
For all international cross-border shipping orders, the destination country may levy import duties, customs taxes and other clearance-related fees according to local regulatory policies. All additional charges incurred during customs clearance are borne independently by the customer and are not included in the product unit price and standard shipping fees.
